Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be modified or cancelled for a full refund prior to the scheduled departure. Refunds are not available once checked-in for departure or once the first leg of a round-trip voyage is taken. Please note that a one-way reservation from Caribou, Nova Scotia, may later be converted to a round-trip reservation should travellers decide to exit Prince Edward Island via ferry.
Fuel Surcharge – Effective June 1, 2022
Vehicles under 20’ in length – $5
Vehicles or combinations exceeding 20’ in length (RV’s, vehicles towing, trucks etc.) – $20
Northumberland Ferries reserves the right to adjust fuel surcharges as required. Applicable fuel surcharges will be as indicated at time of booking.
