Through passenger feedback we realize one of the best ways to enhance overall satisfaction is by ensuring on-time departures. It makes our passengers happy, it improves schedule reliability, and it’s better for the environment—with reduced idling, CO2 emissions, and fuel consumption. Here’s how you won’t miss the boat for your next Maritime journey between Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia:
Passengers are advised to check-in at least 40 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in and embarkation procedures.
Walk-on passengers may check-in 30 minutes before departure. Please note that walk-on passengers must obtain a boarding card at the departing terminal (toll booth).
If you miss your check-in time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and place you on our waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis.
