Proof of vaccination is not required for travellers at this time.
The crossing is approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes in peak season and 2 hours and 30 minutes in the off season.
All passengers whether commercial, personal vehicle or walk-on are encouraged to make a reservation prior to boarding. Book online or call 1-877-762-7245 to make a reservation.
If using a rental vehicle, please enter “RENTAL” in the license plate field when booking online.
Pick-up areas are available in both ferry terminals.
Long term parking at the Saint John and Digby ferry terminals will be available for a fee. Parking is at your own risk. For more information click here.
In event of a cancelled crossing, Bay Ferries Limited, operators of the mv Fundy Rose, will send you an email advisory and options on how to rebook or cancel your reservations.
If you have not provided us with an email address, our agents will attempt to call you as soon as possible.

Acadia Eatery offers a full daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu, with a variety of healthy choices such as salads, sandwiches, and soups, plus items such as burgers, pizza, and fresh seafood including a specialty-of-the-day selection.
Crow’s Nest
If you’re looking for a light snack, appetizer, hot beverage, or an ice-cold drink, then head to our licensed Crow’s Nest to satisfy all your cravings. Located outside Deck 7, the Crow’s Nest will be open subject to weather conditions and seasonality.
Visit Fundy Treasures Gift Shop, where you’ll find a lovely selection of local products and souvenirs from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. Bring back a piece of the Maritimes to your family and friends, or treat yourself to a special gift.
Our staff are trained to provide first-aid care if required for passengers on board. Our staff are continuously familiarized with COVID-19 medical precautions on board. Please advise a staff member if assistance is required.
Electric vehicle charging is not available on MV Fundy Rose at this time.
Pets may remain in vehicles or in company-provided kennels during the voyage. Pets are not permitted on interior or exterior passenger decks, with the exception of service dogs.
We offer onboard accessibility with two elevators, an escalator, and ramps throughout. We also recommend you make your requirements known at time of check-in and our crew will be more than happy to assist you.

Seating aboard MV Fundy Rose is first come, first served and cannot be reserved. We offer a variety of seats, including airline style seating. We have 744 seats, of which 250 are airline style.
New to our Bay of Fundy ferry service, the Trucker’s Lounge is a welcoming and comfortable area, dedicated to big rig drivers on board Fundy Rose.
Spectacular vistas can be seen from virtually any location on MV Fundy Rose—especially on the Viewing Deck. The coastlines of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia can be seen, and while we sail the beautiful Bay of Fundy, there’s often sightings of sea birds and mammals, so be sure to bring your camera or binoculars.
Bay Ferries Limited is pleased to provide a smoke-free environment on board Fundy Rose and within the Saint John and Digby Terminals to support the health and wellness of our passengers and employees. No smoking of any kind is permitted including vapor products, e-cigarettes, and cannabis

Production companies may be permitted access to mv Fundy Rose and terminals as a venue for filming or photoshoot efforts. Film/photo shoots must be coordinated in advance with Bay Ferries Limited in order to minimize the impact on operations.
